LIFETIME WARRANTY

Blackside Customs LLC warrants that our Knives Tomahawks, pens, impact tools will be free from defects in materials, and /or workmanship that directly affect the usefulness of the tool. Blackside Customs will without charge, repair or replace, at our (Blackside Customs ) option, any knife or tomahawk returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by Blackside Customs. The product must be shipped by owner, prepaid, together with a description of the problem and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale and your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase. You are required to email info@blacksidecustoms.com prior to any returning item, to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure the prompt resolution of your complaint, and issue you a RMA nummber for tracking your service. Blackside Customs will cover return shipment costs for valid claims.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Our Warranty does not cover normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper modification, or lack of maintenance. Lost fasteners and hardware are not covered under warranty. Any knife or tomahawk that we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here. If you modify your Blackside Customs knife, tomahawk, or any other goods, the warranty repair or replacement will be left to our discretion. We know that you guys love to modify items, but if the item no longer resembles the product that we originally made, such as regrinding, aftermarket coatings, etc., we will address those products case by case to determine if we will warranty it or not.  

Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Blackside Customs shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. Blackside Customs liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Kydex Sheaths and Scabbards do not have a lifetime warranty, consider them a consumable item, they can wear out with use. We do sell replacements for our current products, as well as the straps and other components to keep them in good repair.  

RESHARPENING SERVICE

We encourage you to care for, clean and hone / resharpen your Blackside Customs product using your favorite stone, hone or manual sharpening system to keep your blade sharp and ready.

We do not offer cosmetic spa services.
